Mindfulness & EQ Center offers full time and part time preschool programs for children aged 2.5 to 5 years. Choosing quality child care and preschool services for your family is a very important decision. You want to find a safe, healthy environment that supports the social, physical, intellectual, creative and emotional development of your children. Our child care services include but not limited to: -daily literacy and numeracy programs to get them ready for Kindergarten -daily yoga and mindfulness practice -crafts to develop their creativities, gross and fine motor skills -outdoor activities -hot lunch, mornings and afternoon snacks -daily nap time/ relaxation time -guided and free play
